Threaded connection diaphragm seals

Protecting your pressure equipment is vital, especially when the pressure medium is aggressive, hot, corrosive, environmentally hazardous or toxic.

The large variation in available options makes sure there is always a fitting product for you. The material of the seal body is available in many different steels, stainless steels or even titanium! Similarly, the seal can be coated with ECTFE or PFA, or even with Gold!

Furthermore, the diaphragm seals we offer are always certified according to international standards and made with the highest care and quality materials.

Common threaded process connections according to international standards

Following the DIN ISO 228-1

As the male thread G ½ A  is standard, with the option to change to G ¼ A, G ⅜ A, G ¾ A, G 1 A or G 1 ½ A.

As the female thread G ½ is standard, with the option to change to G ¼, G ⅜, G ¾ or G 1.

Following ASME B 1.20.1

As the male thread ½ NPT is standard, with the option to change to ¼ NPT, ⅜ NPT, ¾ NPT, 1 NPT or 1 ½ NPT.

As the female thread ½ NPT is standard, with the option to change to ¼ NPT, ⅜ NPT, ¾ NPT or 1 NPT.

Following DIN 13-1

A standard male thread of M20 x 1.5 and a standard female thread of M20 x 1.5.

Following ISO 7-1

A standard double male thread of R ½, but with the option to change to R ¼, R ⅜ or R ¾.
