The Riken Keiki CX-2 portable CO/O2 combination gas monitor is a personal CO/o2 monitor designed for personal protection from carbon monoxide and oxygen deficiency in iron or steel mills and hazardous areas. Some of this advanced capabilities include distinctive audible, visual and vibration alarms for dangerous gas conditions and malfunctions, a large digital readout with a manual backlight that also automatically lights in an alarm condition, as well as the display of PEAK and STEL/TWA readings.

The Riken Keiki CX-2 can be operated continuously for at least 2000 hours on two AAA-size alkaline batteries.
