Request for return
You received the wrong item, it’s damaged or you’re not content with the delivered goods? All common things that could happen when you order an instrument. Our return policy is simple. Follow all steps within the return form and you will be contacted about your request.
You can return up to 30 days from the time you receive your package. Returns must be in original condition, unused with original tags, labels and documentation, placed in the original packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before your refund will be processed. Our Customer Service will inform you within five business days after receiving the return form on the matter of whether the returned items are accepted or not.
