Returns & Refunds

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

Once your returned product(s) reaches our office, it will be inspected on the provided guidelines of acceptance of the returned product. Our staff will inform you within five business days of the returned goods are accepted or not.

RETURNS POLICY

Our RMA (return merchandise authorization) is simple. You can return up to 30 days from the time you receive your package.
Returns must be in original condition, unused with original tags, labels and documentation, placed in the original packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before your refund will be processed. Our Customer Service will inform you within five business days after receiving the package, on the matter if the returned items are accepted or not. It can take up to 30 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Returned items without completely filled-in Return Form and/ or returned items that have not been announced at returns@gms-instruments.nl will not be accepted and annulled. No refund will be made. If exceeding three return shipments a year per company, a handling fee of 89,00 EUR will be charged to the returning company, unless other agreements have been made.
GMS Instruments B.V. will select the method of the return shipment. The method of delivery will be mandatory unless others agreed. Costs of shipment or expenses which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard are nun-refundable.
All return charges are the customer’s liability.

Important Information:

  • Items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received wrong, and a completely filled-in Return Form is included.
  • Non-stock items for GMS Instruments are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the delivered good is faulty or wrong. We accept no responsibility once the provided product is installed into the process or what so ever and causes damage, downtime or else.
  • We are unable to return any products which because of their nature cannot be returned (for example, calibration/ span gas) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

OTHER INFORMATION:

If you return any or all of your order, delivery and/ or documentation charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque. For more information about our Return policy, please contact our office or see our General Terms and Conditions.
